hands-on, self-taught, open minded. is how Tim builds. His first professional operation ran out of a pop-up tent in his backyard—a modest beginning fueled by skill, determination, and a commitment to quality. From those early days, Tim built his reputation on craftsmanship, problem-solving, and delivering work that exceeded expectations. Today, that same work ethic and attention to detail continue to define his leadership and the standards behind every project.

Chelsea is also a trained exploration geologist and jack-of-all-trades. She and Tim met in mineralogy class during their sophomore year and the rest is history. She finds inspiration in every home she meets and is fascinated by the path homeowners (and their guests) take as they navigate through a house. She has a gift for seeing the unseen and finding ways to maximize living areas.

For Chelsea, every home has a story to be honored, and she loves working with homeowners to help them find their home's true north.

David is a long time custom furniture and cabinet maker.  He leads the building crew on day to day operations.
